Who we are
DeGenerate Apps is a UK creative technology studio offering bespoke software and AI automation, Shopify and e-commerce development, 3D model making and physical fabrication, and creative direction. AI discovery assistant
If you use our AI assistant, your messages and project brief are processed by OpenAI to provide replies and saved in our private Discovery Studio using our hosting and storage providers. Conversations are retained for up to 30 days after your last activity. A secure session cookie lets you return to the conversation. When you review and confirm an enquiry, your contact details and brief are saved for Nick to review, and an email notification is sent to nick@degenerateapps.com through our email delivery provider. Submitted enquiry emails may be kept for responding to you and managing the resulting business relationship. Please do not enter sensitive personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that host the website, deliver email or help us operate and secure the service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights and safety.
International transfers
