01Do I need to understand AI or coding?
No coding experience is needed for the everyday changes we cover in your handover. We connect the tools and show you how to describe an update, review the result and publish it. Larger changes can still need technical help.
02Can I really update my website by sending a message?
Yes. We set up a dedicated conversation connected to your website. Describe the changes you want in everyday language, then review the result before it goes live. We walk you through the process with examples.
03What does “from £500” cover?
A focused starter website, its agreed design and content, account connections, launch setup and handover. We confirm the page count, features, revisions, timeline and full price in writing before work starts. Shops, booking systems, memberships and other advanced features are quoted separately.
04What will I pay after launch?
Your domain renewal, suitable website hosting and your website-editing subscription or usage. Database, email, analytics and other services may add costs depending on your features and usage. We explain the expected provider costs before you commit. There is no mandatory DeGenerate maintenance retainer.
05Will a change go live immediately?
We set up a review step so you can check the result before publishing. Processing and deployment take time, and more involved requests may need clarification or technical help. We also show you the agreed recovery process if a change needs undoing.
06Who owns the website?
You control the domain, connected accounts and bespoke website source code delivered under the agreement. You can continue with us or appoint another developer. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their licences.
07What if I need help later?
We’re always happy to share advice and practical tips if you need a hand managing your website. If you’d like us to carry out extra design or development, we agree the scope and cost with you first.
