01What does the £750 setup include?
Your bespoke website chatbot, custom branding, your own backend interface, initial FAQs and tone setup, lead qualification, the agreed live calendar connection, automated email invitations, enquiry handover, installation and a guided handover. We confirm the scope and connections in writing before starting.
02What do I pay after setup?
There is no ongoing DeGenerate chatbot subscription. You pay hosting and AI providers directly through accounts you own. Costs depend on your hosting plan, AI model, conversation length and usage. £40/month is an illustrative combined running cost, not a fee paid to DeGenerate or a fixed quote. We explain the expected costs before launch. Any paid calendar, email or other integration is agreed with you first.
03Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everyday changes happen in your backend interface. We show you how to update FAQs, change the tone and review conversations.
04Can it book calls and send email invitations?
Yes. With the agreed calendar connection, visitors can see live availability and confirm a call or meeting. A calendar invitation is emailed automatically after confirmation. We agree the calendar, meeting details and any additional workflow requirements during setup.
05Will it reduce email traffic and improve conversions?
It is designed to answer routine questions before they reach your inbox, qualify enquiries and help interested visitors book the next step. That means less unwanted email traffic and warmer leads for your team to follow up. Conversion improvements depend on your traffic, offer and setup; we do not promise a fixed uplift.
06Can it forward calls?
This is a website text chatbot. It can direct visitors to your phone number, booking flow or team and forward enquiry details. Live telephone call handling or transfer is a separate integration.
07Can it help convert leads?
It can answer questions, guide visitors, collect useful details and make the next step easier. Results depend on your offer, website traffic and how the assistant is configured; sales are not guaranteed.
